Welcome to Cats are Liquid ("Game"), developed and published by Cats are Liquid Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Game and related services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  1. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you:
    • Agree to be bound by these Terms;
    • Confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country); and
    • If you are between 13-18 years old, confirm you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian.
  2. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Game and should uninstall it immediately.
  3. Your use of the Game is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. License Grant

  1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
    • Download and install the Game on devices you own or control;
    • Use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes; and
    • Access any content we specifically make available to you through the Game.
  2. This license does not include any right to:
    • Distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display the Game;
    • Make derivative works of the Game;
    • Use the Game for commercial purposes; or
    • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  3. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by us.

3. Use Restrictions

  1. You agree not to:
    • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game;
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game;
    • Use the Game to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of others;
    • Use the Game for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws;
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Game's operation;
    • Use the Game in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
  2. We may monitor your use of the Game to ensure compliance with these Terms.

Important: Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your license and access to the Game, and may subject you to legal action.

4. Ownership

  1. The Game and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, code, text, graphics, music, sounds, artwork, and other material) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  2. These Terms do not transfer any right, title, or interest in or to the Game to you except the limited license granted above.
  3. Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ours or our affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5. User Content

  1. The Game may allow you to create, upload, or share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any User Content you create, but by submitting it, you:
    • Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Game;
    • Represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license;
    • Agree that we may monitor or review User Content at any time.
  2. You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting or publishing it.
  3. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. In-App Purchases

  1. The Game may offer virtual items or other goods and services for purchase ("In-App Purchases").
  2. All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
  3. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Game.
  4. Prices and availability of In-App Purchases are subject to change without notice.
  5. You must have permission from the owner of the payment method to make In-App Purchases.
  6. We may manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time, with or without notice.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds for In-App Purchases. However, if you believe an unauthorized purchase was made, please contact us at support@catsareliquidgame.com.

7. Termination

  1. These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or us.
  2. You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling the Game and ceasing all use of it.
  3. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.
  4. Upon termination:
    • All rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease;
    • You must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it;
    • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
    • That the Game will meet your requirements;
    • That the Game will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
    • That the results from using the Game will be accurate or reliable;
    • That the quality of the Game will meet your expectations;
    • That any errors in the Game will be corrected.
  3. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
    • Your use or inability to use the Game;
    • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
    • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Game;
    • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Game;
    • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Game.
  2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months.
  3. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Changes to These Terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Game or by other means.
  2. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
  3. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Game.
